This book is no longer for sale. After two editions and a total sales of 12,000 copies in the Netherlands and Belgium (the book was written in Dutch), it was decided not to further reprint, but to go for a whole new series of 8 books instead, the first of which was published (both in Dutch and in English) in November 2007.
